Candles

  • Trimmed wicks will give you a brighter and cleaner burn. Untrimmed wicks tend to create a weird mushroom like shape that can dull down the flame. 
  •  Long wicks will leave black residue around glass jars because the flame is uncontrolled.
  • When lighting a candle, you should always allow the wax to melt all the way across before blowing it out. If you fail to achieve this, the candle is prone to tunneling which is when a tunnel like shape will form through the center of the candle.
  •  If you burn the candle for over 4 hours, the wax can get extremely hot and not harden properly.

There are two popular methods to clean out the wax from the glass jar. 

  • Use a butter knife or spoon to loosen up the wax before putting it into the freezer. After several hours the wax should pop right out of the jar. Clean the jar with soap and water. 
  • Use a butter knife or spoon to loosen up the wax. Put boiling water into the jar, the water will melt the wax and it will float to the top.Let the water cool before removing the wax. Clean the jar with soap and water.

Returns

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Refund Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. You will NOT be required to return damaged goods.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Refund Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you have to have proof of purchase.
  • For refunds, please email sales@wildcandle.co with the subject 'Refund' and include your order number, name and the reason for the request.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Shipping

Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 1-3 business days to be delivered.
  • Handling time for shipping is 1-3 business days. Customers will receive a tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped via USPS. Customers are able to track their package on our website here.  
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
